STRONG, POSITIVE ATTITUDES:

About The Program

The program is based on the conviction that young people - if they are reached early enough - can develop strong, positive attitudes towards police officers and the law. Our program is year round and is designed to give community children a safe program to attend after school and during the summer. Through our partnerships with other community-based organizations, the Pasadena Police Activities League offers various programs that will give each member an opportunity to learn new and exciting things as well as meet new friends.

Life at PAL

The PAL Center offers an array of activities designed to enhance the educational, athletic, and artistic experience of young people. The goal is to reach youth at an early age in support of their development by fostering positive attitudes toward authority figures, while providing a safe and stable environment after school to do homework, socialize and participate in structured summer activities.

EVERY PARENT NEEDS A PAL

I was left with raising my kids on my own.  I thought, "how am I going to do this?"  I was worried. Then my prayers were answered.  Because of PAL, his grades are up. He's just excelled so much.

Get Involved

Funding is provided through various fundraisers and in-kind donations from business owners and private citizens. Individual giving from generous donors is the cornerstone of our organization. We could not do it without you & every little bit helps!

Right now our main goal is to secure a permanent location that PAL can call home.  With over 200 kids on a waiting list for the program, it is vital that we have our own facility. If you have any information on a space that may be of use, please contact us here.  Below are also more ways to help out.

ATTEND AN UPCOMING EVENT

Our most recent event was the annual Pasadena PAL 2021 Golf Classic. Stay tuned for updates on upcoming events!
